Discovery Kids

Welcome To Discovery Kids

Our vision is to provide a fun and exciting program which ministers to both children and parents. Children are taught Biblical truths in a fun and creative way and parents are supported as they serve in their role as the child’s primary spiritual leaders.

Discovery Kids - Small Groups

We invite our preschool and elementary children to participate in our Discovery Kids Small Groups program Sundays during the BYOC worship service. Children will learn about God as they listen to fun worship songs, Bible stories and participate in activities.

Children ages 3 (who are fully potty-trained) through Grade 5 will meet outdoors in the main courtyard. Space is limited. ADVANCE REGISTRATION is requested in order to reserve a space in the Discovery Kids Small Groups program.

Face coverings are required. Refer to the link below for information about face masks.

Small Groups are currently not available for children age 3 (who are not fully potty-trained) and younger.

For more information, please connect with our Director of Children's Ministry, Velma Foreman at [email protected] or (951) 924-5002.

Parent Resources

Water Baptisms

The 3rd – 5th Grade Children’s Baptism Class is for children who would like to learn more about Christian baptism or children who have made the decision to accept Christ and would like to be baptized.

Child Dedications

Children are a blessing from God. The child dedication ceremony is a way for parents to publicly thank God for the blessing of their child and to promise God they will raise their child to know, honor and obey God and to love and serve Jesus Christ. The dedication ceremony does not pass on salvation to a child. However, the parent's goal is to raise their child in this way so that their child will choose salvation for him or herself when he or she is mature enough to do so.
